I'm Bilal, an AI Engineer and Data Scientist focused on turning messy real-world problems into reliable, production-grade AI systems. My work sits at the intersection of LLM infrastructure, agent orchestration, and data/ML engineering—building systems that are scalable, observable, and safe to operate.
My journey in AI started with a fascination for systems thinking—understanding how complex systems work together to create emergent behaviors. With a background in Bioinformatics from the Lebanese American University, I bring a unique perspective that bridges biological systems and artificial intelligence.
At Marr Labs, I'm tackling some of the most challenging problems in voice AI: making conversations feel natural, handling the unpredictability of real-world speech, and building systems that can scale to millions of interactions. I design LLM frameworks for real-time inference, routing, and dialogue control.
